Had a cheese board and wine tasting at Saddlers Creek Wines today. What a fantastic experience it was and the wines were excellent. The young lady LEAH that served us could not of been more helpful. It is so refreshing to see someone who enjoys there work and promotes the business. Well done. I would highly recommend a visit to Saddlers Creeks Wine's. What a wonderful winery. Beautiful surroundings, awesome hospitality and of course lovely wines. Plus they had a great Italian food truck and a guitarist playing on Sat lunch tim which really topped off the afternoon. Highly recommended on your Hunter Valley tour.
We took our two young kids and baby for the family tasting and had a great time! The kids thought their paddles with 5 drinks and snacks were the best thing ever. It was quiet while we were there so we’re invites to try whichever wines we liked. Our host was lovely and knowledgeable, and made sure we felt comfortable breastfeeding and with the kids wandering around a bit. We’ll definitely come back on our next trip to the Hunter.
This was our last winery we visited and wish we had longer! We arrived around 4pm and they close at 5. The server was amazing and soooo nice! He said he didn’t have adequate time to do a full tasting (last one is at 330 and we had no idea since visiting out of town) but that we could tell him what we wanted to try and he would be happy to help. 10/10 service he was so nice and knowledgeable - I wish we had gotten there sooner for a full tasting. Would put this one on your list to stop at when in hunter valley
Saddlers Creek, never disappoints… We did the Italian Varietals Wine & Food Pairing today. Holy cow, was fantastic. My husband is the connoisseur I am the driver. I did promise to try everything today. Pleasantly surprised by all the wines. Very light selection of Italian wines. Back for on Friday night for live music Great place to relax
