The techs are always helpful and good. I struggle with giving them anything more than 3 stars as I have had ongoing issues with them with keeping their billing straight. I have been double charged, overcharged and have had unnecessary services because they had already been out for the service. I also don’t care that they don’t have any weekend or after hours ability to contact them.
Daniel did a great job today and listened and completed my requests. Saela has been great, but wish they kept my services at $99, after the initial start up months!
Bryant was very friendly. My dogs were barking like crazy and my son was beyond excited to see him go into the attic! Bryant was so sweet with both pets and son. He was informative about his findings and made sure I understood everything. I highly recommend!
Tim did a wonderful job servicing my home. Explained everything in detail, told me what to look out for on treatments and made sure I had a scheduled free home inspection upon leaving. Well done! Thanks.
Daniel did a fantastic job servicing my home in Olathe. Not only did he treat all around the house and underneath my deck, but he also noticed there was a small gap in the seal underneath my garage. He was also able to replace that on the same day. He was extremely kind and very helpful and I highly recommend him.
