Never fun to find your car broken into. And super upsetting when the company you call to repair it doesn't have anyone available for a week. So we called Safe Auto - and were we ever glad we did! When we called, Mario was helpful, professional and reassuring. And when Felix came to replace the window THAT AFTERNOON for HALF the price and in half the time we were quoted by the other company, we couldn't have been happier with his friendly demeanor and the amazing job he did. I recently had my passenger window shattered after an incident and needed a same-day fix. I called Safe Auto Glass Co and was blown away by their service. From the moment I got a quote to the moment I picked up my car, the entire process took less than 2 hours! The crew was efficient, friendly, and did an excellent job. The price was fair, and they even took the extra step of vacuuming out all the shattered glass from inside my car. I highly recommend these guys for any emergency car glass repairs. Their quick turnaround and top-notch service are truly impressive.
Great service. Needed my back glass repaired. Called early morning and gave all my car info. They texted back within half an hour with price and labor (had to order glass from dealer). Very competitive pricing. Glass took about 3 days to arrive to shop. Headed in and glass was installed and car ready to go in about 2 ½ hours. Overall very satisfied
I'll start off by saying, this is definitely the place you want to get your windshield repaired or replaced! They have very competitive prices, and do an outstanding job when it comes to repairing chips, dips, cracks, or replacing the whole thing. Mario and his team did a great job replacing the driver door window of our Mercedes Sprinter van. Fast and reasonable pricing. They went the extra mile and cleaned up all of the glass from the interior where it had shattered EVERYWHERE. Thanks guys! Will be back again if needed.
