He is so nice, patient and professional coach. In the past, I thought I can’t overcome the psychological scaring about driving car and can’t drive my remaining life. My coach taught me how to drive safely. Appreciate my coach so much! Just want to let everyone know this is a trustable place to let your kids to learn driving.

After five years of being qualified to pursue my license, but lacking the confidence to do so, Safer Driving has made the entire ordeal a breeze! Driving with the staff was very enjoyable! You are given a handful of lessons, each allowing you plenty of time behind the wheel for them to assess your performance and provide invaluable advice to ensure that you are confident and SAFE, while maintaining a comfortable pace and a friendly attitude from your first lesson to the end of your test. In a matter of weeks, my confidence has been boosted immensely and driving feels like second nature! I highly recommend them and hope they stick around in this growing town of ours!

I decided to sign my son up for lessons even though we had done parent led driver’s ed. Despite practicing frequently, we were both having a frustrating experience. After driver’s ed and the private driving lessons, my son passed his test first try! He came away from it so much more confident. I now have 0 worries that he will be able to navigate the road as a teen driver. These guys were amazing. It was worth every penny and I would have paid double for the results we got.

We had a great experience. I'm noticing negative reviews from people who said they did the parent-taught driver's ed for their child, and then declined the $70 pre-test. We did parent-taught driver's ed as well, but we opted to do the pre-test because we knew there were probably things she needed more help on. After our experience, I WOULD NOT WASTE TIME AND MONEY TESTING WITHOUT THE PRE-TEST LESSON if you did AAA, Idrivesafely, or any other parent-taught. Not because SDS is biased against parent-taught, but because unless you are a parent who teaches driving for a living, you are probably missing some components that your child needs in order to be a successful driver. Our daughter's pre-test lesson was well worth the fee. She said she definitely didn't feel like she would have passed without it. "I would not have passed" from our teenager is a pretty solid review. We understand the financial considerations, and we chose idrivesafely because it was affordable. However, having to spend multiple days waiting and pay retest fees would have been a difficulty for us as well. Being able to schedule the test quickly, then show up and take it without waiting hours was great. (All of the appointments available to pre-book at testing centers across the state were taken weeks in advance. We were able to get in here much more quickly.) If you did parent-taught driver's ed, and if there is ANY way you can swing the pre-test, I highly recommend it. I wouldn't feel comfortable paying the testing fee and turning her loose on the roads without doing it, because she would not have been ready. If we are able to, we will pay for our other children to take driver's ed through Safer Driving School, rather than parent taught. Definitely worth their safety to have professionals whose main focus is teaching students to drive safely on a daily basis.
