I was very pleased with our service and most importantly the quick response time! Xavier did a great job! He was very polite, helpful, and professional. He listened to all of my concerns and assured me they would be taken care of. He sprayed the house inside and out, put out stuff to deal with the ants, as well as disposed of my old baits that were full of dead ants. He even battled some wasps for us. 😂 We will be so happy to finally have a bug free house again!
Initial contact with office personnel was friendly, understanding, and informative about service options as well as pricing. Scheduling a day and time was done for the day after the initial call. Technician Xavier came out, did a walk through of where I had issues and listened to my explanations of what I wanted done. He was very obliging and thorough in applying treatments as I had requested. Very friendly and considerate. Five stars all around. I’m very pleased so far with their professionalism, pricing, friendliness, and thoroughness.
