Saint Coyotes is one of my favorite restaurants in Anchorage. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The food is so good we go to Saint Coyotes about 2-3 times a week. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. We will always be returning customers. Thank you Saint Coyotes for giving us a fun and safe space to enjoy ourselves.
We wanted to try a new restaurant for our family dinner and Saint Coyote did not disappoint. Appetizers came out quickly and were fantastic and different than what you usually see. Steaks, shrimp, pasts and soups came out next with enough time to finish our apps! I will be back for tge risotto for sure.
Exceptional Dining Experience from Start to Finish Hosting a party of 25 can be a true test for any restaurant, and this team exceeded expectations in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, the service was seamless, attentive, and impressively well-paced. Drinks, appetizers, entrées, and dessert flowed perfectly without anyone ever feeling rushed or overlooked. The staff was incredibly responsive, organized, and genuinely welcoming. The food was equally outstanding. Highlights included the drunken cheese, zucchini mozzarella sticks that were crispy and indulgent, and rich, flavorful oysters Rockefeller. Entrées were cooked to perfection—especially the filet mignon, which was tender and expertly prepared, and the halibut, that had a delicious light cream sauce. Dessert was the perfect finale. The carrot cake was a standout - perfectly moist with a classic, luscious cream cheese frosting—exactly what a great carrot cake should be. This restaurant exceeded our expectations and truly excelled at every level. Whether for an intimate dinner or a large celebration, this is a place that delivered excellence consistently. We’ll absolutely be back.
We had a fantastic experience at Saint Coyote! The best part was definitely the service—both the owner and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really made the evening feel special. The food was excellent across the board: flavorful, beautifully plated, and with generous portion sizes. The Copper River salmon was perfectly cooked, the salads were fresh and vibrant, and the carrot cake was the perfect sweet finish. Everything we ordered was delicious. Parking and seating were easy and quick, which always makes the experience better. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable, and the menu has a great variety with something for everyone. Overall, this was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Anchorage. We’ll absolutely be back!
Amazing Steak and risotto was fair. Only negative was the atmosphere. The kitchen had music bumping rock and yet the bar and restaurant had GREAT music playing that was disrupted by the kitchen jamming out. Having two different music genres was annoying as hell. Service was polite and friendly.
