Been a client of Caitlyn for over 4 years and I would not go anywhere else! Caitlyn is so knowledgeable and personable with every interaction! Usually when I go I get a cut and blow out, and it is amazing every time! We did my natural curls one time, but I cant find the picture. They turned out so amazing and she also went into detail about how i could recreate at home and keep my curls healthy! 10/10 recommend Caitlyn to anyone who is wanting an amazing haircut and experience!
Jess and her team have been amazing! We are on our second round of vivid colors! Jess has kept my hair healthy, this is a big deal with all the bleach we need. The end results are brighter than my imagination! I love and respect the advice she gives for my color vision. The entire staff at Salon Honey makes a 6 hour vivid hair transformation pleasant and welcoming Everyone is kind and the atmosphere is relaxing! Easy parking in Fountain Square... You really couldn't ask for more!
This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a while! Complementary latte, Beautiful and clean salon, and every staff member I ran into was so kind and helpful!! Kennedy did an amazing job at matching My previous color! Gave me the perfect bangs which I haven’t had in years!! And was so sweet and so easy to talk to you we had a great time! I will definitely be back!!
Amazing as always. The staff is so welcoming and lovely! And my girl Trinity has truly transformed my hair to be so healthy and beautiful. My curls are back and ready!!! 100% recommended this salon and Trinity as a stylist!!!
I went into the salon expecting a relaxing experience and left with my hair completely fried and my confidence shattered. What was supposed to be a simple treatment turned into an absolute nightmare — my hair was left brittle, dry, and breaking off in chunks due to either extreme over-processing or pure negligence. When I voiced my concern, the staff barely acknowledged the damage and tried to downplay the severity as if it was my imagination. But what really pushed me over the edge was the disgusting attitude and sheer disrespect from management — instead of taking responsibility or even offering a sincere apology, they were rude, dismissive, and acted as if I was the problem for being upset. Not only was the environment unprofessional, but their lack of accountability and customer care was appalling. I was talked down to, interrupted repeatedly, and treated like my concerns didn’t matter at all. There was zero attempt to rectify the damage or even offer a refund. I left the salon in tears, feeling completely disrespected and beyond unsatisfied. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any business, and I will never return. I strongly warn anyone thinking of going there — don’t risk your hair or your dignity. The service was horrific, the management was offensive, and the results were absolutely unforgivable.
