Looking for a new salon in my area, this salon got great reviews and is a small business, my husband and I also run a family business. I wanted to stop by the salon rather than call as I wanted to find a stylist to connect with. I stopped by Saturday afternoon, on entering I was welcomed by a stylist and that's where it ended. I sat at a seat opposite the register thinking someone would at least acknowledge me. I left after 15 minutes of being ignored telling the stylist that was blow-drying a customers hair just feet away from me that I couldn't wait any longer and that I had never been to this salon before. Her response "do you need to make an appointment?" I was extremely upset and shocked by the lack of customer service at this salon.
Amazing experience!! Jamid gave me one of, if not the best haircuts I have ever had!! He took his time discussing with me what to expect with the outcome from what I was requesting. I usually ask for a pixie with the sides and back short and the top texturized while keeping the length. Most stylist's I go to always cut the top too short, not Jamid, I got exactly what I wanted!! I left feeling so great about my hair for once. My husband loves it!!!! Thank you so much Jamid, you are the pixie whisperer!!
Melissa did my highlights and they turned out soooo good! I have super damaged hair and she managed to avoid all the dry ends and focus on just my roots and overall the healthiest parts of my hair and the outcome turned out so good I’m so happy! My first time going to a salon and I will most definitely be going back to her. Thank you again Melissa!
I haven't had a professional haircut done in 2 years and was nervous to trust my hair in the hands of someone else after growing it out. I booked an appointment with Jamid and he was SO ATTENTIVE to what I wanted, walked me through every step of the process of what he was doing so I was never left in the dark. He also educated me on what he would recommend without taking the decision away from my hands. Before he even cut my hair, he double checked that I was okay with the length. Extremely friendly and obviously knew his stuff!! I left feeling more confident and excited to come back again!! Also the interior of this place is STUNNING!! If I could give 100 stars I would.
I’ve had my hair cut here twice and when my 9yr old wanted to chop her long hair to a bob I figured I should have a true professional do it. They’ve always been professional, kind, and helpful. I struggle to go somewhere where the price is more than SuperCuts, but I return to this place for the professionalism and price point. My daughter’s stylist (a man) was super helpful in talking her through what she wanted with what would be best for her lifestyle and type of hair. He did an excellent job and was so kind.
