My wife has had her hope chest for almost 40 years. Our dogs had scratched it up while using it as a launching point off the bed. Years of bumps and scratches had really aged it. Buddy sanded all of the scratches out and restained it, without disturbing the design on the front. He also closed up a crack to where you can't tell it's there unless you're looking for it. People think it's brand new. Great job! Would recommend!
We hired Salpeck's to refinish a Bernhardt counter-height table with a mechanical leaf that was well-worn and had a very dated reddish cherry stain on it. We wanted to match some dark accent cabinetry in our new home, and we had to guess as to what the actual stain color was on those. I'm happy to say the table looks brand new and matches the existing cabinetry perfectly with an ebony stain! I'm so glad we had Salpeck's refinish the table instead of buying a new one. We will definitely use them again for other projects, especially since movers broke or damaged almost every other piece of furniture we own. If you have a quality piece of furniture, don't hesitate to let Salpeck's give it new life.
Salpecks refinished a ~70 year old table that once belonged to my Grandmother. The top had white heat marks at every place setting. Now it looks new. Beautiful work by very professional and courteous people. I highly recommend them!
We chose Salpeck's Furniture to refinish our dining table based on reviews left by others, the competitive price quoted, and the promised quick turn-around for the project. We hoped to have the work completed in time to host out-of-town visitors, and Buddy had the work completed and delivered as promised. The refinished table was a joy to behold and we are absolutely delighted. The table now has a gorgeous satin finish that matches the rest of the set perfectly, and is much more durable for everyday use than the previous high gloss finish. Buddy is a master craftsman and clearly takes great pride in his work, and he and his wife Dawn were very pleasant to work with. We highly recommend Salpeck's Furniture.
Buddy restaura mi mesa de la cocina de la infancia y construyó dos bancos a juego. ¡Quedaron hermosos! ¡No podría estar más contento! También refrescó mi bakers rack para hacer juego y modernizarlo. Finalmente pintó una pequeña estantería para que combina. Me encantan los recuerdos de la mesa con una vibra nueva y los bancos son perfectos. Nunca podría haber comprado nada tan bueno.
