What a wonderful restaurant experience we just had! We met friends for dinner on a busy Saturday night. We were greeted and seated promptly and with a smile! The environment is warm and friendly. We had an AMAZING server named Aley who was super attentive, friendly and helpful during our visit. We were even checked on by 2 other employees while we were there. It was obvious everyone there cared about our experience and seemed like they were happy employees themselves. Our food came in a super reasonable amount of time for a busy evening. And, everything was DELICIOUS! Totally reasonable prices with wonderful quality. If you're in the area and looking for a cool vibe with tasty food, look no further! Highly recommended!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Salt Factory Pub has a distinct old-world charm, from the unique black iron pipe light fixtures to the oversized booths that comfortably seat six adults. The menu stands out, with starters like Louisiana Egg Rolls and Short-Smoked Salmon Tostadas, and hearty entrées such as the Creole-seasoned Fish-and-Chips. It’s the perfect spot for a quiet dinner and drinks for two or a relaxed night out with friends. Melissa provided excellent service, and my wife and I are already planning our next visit.
First time here and it was awesome. My favorite was the chicken tortellini. The sauce was yummy and chicken was delicious. My mom got the fish and chips (not pictured) but holy moly. That was probably a close second favorite. It a good thick peice of fish and the perfect amount of breading. My daughter loved the salmon rolls. I forget what its called but its raw salmon and my kid loves that type of stuff. My sister got the chicken pot pie. We loved the way it looked but the actual inside was a little bland. It was missing more seasoning. But everything else was great. Our waitress was awesome. Excellent customer service from everyone. I will be going back again the next time I visit there.
Came here on a friend’s recommendation, and it was a great call. The food was well-seasoned, flavorful, and served exactly as it should be—hot dishes hot, cold dishes cold. Classic rock played softly over the speakers, adding atmosphere without being too loud or distracting. The staff was helpful in guiding me toward options that fit my budget and quick to point out specials and their recommendations. I sat at the bar with Synclair, and everything was smooth from start to finish. The traditional breakfast I ordered was far from bland—full of flavor—and the $5 mimosa was sweet, smooth, and a perfect pairing. Even the manager stopped by after my entrée arrived to check in. Flavors on point, friendly service, and no complaints at all. Five stars—would recommend to a friend.
We enjoyed a business lunch at the Salt factory and everyone really enjoyed their food. We stayed with calamari and it was lightly beaded with lots of flavor. Had a kick of jalapeño which made it special. Someone ordered the crab cakes and tomatoes bisque soup and it was enjoyed. Another friend ordered the red snake and it was excellent. The Shephard pie was also a win. I ordered the fish tacos and they were ok. I loved the music. Great 80s rock tunes. I will be back so i can enjoy a cocktail.
