Horrible experience!!! I called to make an appointment for my daughter who had been in the hospital and no one ever answered....get online, made an appointment quick and easy. Thinking it was a good sign. I drove an hour to get there with my very weak, sick daughter, only to be told the don't accept Medicaid. It said on their website they took Medicaid. They told me I could pay cash for the visit $250-300 for the appointment. Except they were yelling this entire time. I'm a single mom trying to care for my daughter and they made me feel like absolute garbage!!! Like I was crazy for knowing what plan I had...why did they yell? Why when I was firm but angery was I now at fault for how they treated me and my daughter? i ripped up my paperwork right in front of them. You DO NOT disrespect patients or their families!! Learn proper customer service!!!! Now, I have to find somewhere else to take my daughter... Not cool!!! All 3 front desk staff need to be fired!!!
Carrie Johnson is the absolute best! She has cared for both my kids since birth and we are now at 10 years with her at this clinic. I am also a healthcare provider and appreciate her knowledge, ease with kids, and even makes the visits fun for the kiddos. I learn from her every time we are there! My kids take her advice and listen and often quote her, and her recommendations are always appreciated. She also made me feel very comfortable even with my second kid, as I felt like I forgot everything about having a newborn over again. Highly recommend her and this clinic.
We have been seeing Dr Carrie J since 2023 and it has been such a great experience. My twins are always well taken care of. Listen to my concern and always reassure when everything is ok. Front desk are always there to check you in and very friendly.
We’ve been going to Bryners pediatrics and seeing Dr. Johnson for the past 7 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care my children receive. Dr. Johnson is kind, patient, and always takes the time to explain things clearly addressing any concern I have. The office staff is also really friendly and professional, and appointments always run on time. Highly recommend Bryners pediatrics, specially Dr. Johnson.
We love Doctor Collins. She isn’t our normal pediatrician, but she was able to squeeze us in on short notice and she’s so fun and engaging that my daughter didn’t even care that she didn’t get to see her regular pediatrician. Wait time was longer than I would have anticipated for 9AM, but it was just 15 mins and they had us in and out quickly. Dr. Collin’s called with our test results and was very helpful in working with us to ensure our daughter receives excellent care even though our schedule requires us to travel outside the country.
