As someone who has really bad dental anxiety, this was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I have to give a shout out to Lisa, my dental hygienist for the day. She was incredibly kind and understanding of my anxiety. She made sure to explain before doing anything and even showed me what she looks for on my X-rays. She made me feel so at ease and did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. The whole team was great and I actually look forward to coming back!
Every person I interacted with was amazing. I felt like they listened to me. Lisa, the hygienist, did an outstanding job cleaning and polishing my teeth. Very happy “new patient” experience.
Not just the best dentist, the best health care provider of any kind! Dr. Elder is the most amazing human. He is always in a good mood, he lives and embodies his true purpose, to help people. No matter what. The things he has done for me, my family, and others are incredible. Everyone normally hates their dentist, and while I don't like having to go, I do enjoy going to my dentist. It doesn't matter if you are meticulous with your oral hygiene, or haven't brushed in 20 years, they will take care of you. It starts at the top, Dr. Elder is incredible, and the staff that supports him are equally amazing.
Both the dental cleaner and Dr. Elder are professional without being stiff. If I have a question, the will immediately look into the situation. My dentist can tell if I am caring for my teeth daily and praises me for my job.
I have to give a shout out to Dr. Scott and his staff. I have the hardest time going to the dentist… I get sick, very ill just thinking about going to the dentist. I’m usually sick from working myself up each time for a couple days after the dentist. I’ve been a few times over the years… he is the best dentist and has the best staff. I just want to say thank you for helping me today and any time I come in. It’s getting easier each time I come in. Grateful to find you as my dentist. Sincerely, Heather McElroy
