Came here with family to get a good steak, and was not disappointed. Kaitlyn was our waitress and she did a remarkable job. Although the place was packed, our drinks were never empty and the food came fast. I barely ever leave reviews, but the service and food are almost too good to be true. Get the range rattlers if you go.

My night at Saltgrass Steakhouse in Wichita was with excellent service provided by Kaitlyn who was spot on with the service she provided and the exceptional knowledge of the menu and offerings she brings to make it an enjoyable experience, it was high-quality food, with a welcoming atmosphere. The remainder of the staff was attentive, the dishes were well prepared, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. I would gladly recommend this place to others.

The salad and the Jack and Cokes were excellent. Even the baked potato, butter only was good. HOWEVER the 12 oz ribeye was inexcusably horrible. Firm believer in 7 minutes a side to a perfect 145 medium. This steak was 10-12 on one side to being burnt to 2-3 on the other side. Not to mention the cut, maybe 3/8 of an inch. East coast cut.

We went here for the first time for date night. Service was great and the food was also great. We had left overs and took that to go. The next day, I warmed up my left overs and was cutting into it and found PLASTIC of some sort inside of my country fried steak(inside the meat not the batter). Even though I had over half of it, I decided to just toss it out to be safe. Picture included

I came here on Mother’s Day (party of 2) offered a 45 min wait before seating without reservation (completely understandable). From the time seated everything was provided in a timely manner, service was friendly and fast! I was impressed. I opted for grilled chicken breast & my husband had redfish & shrimp 😋. (5 stars)
