Stopped by today for dinner and service was excellent including the food. We had Alexa as our waitress, she was a new employee and she had excellent service and very attentive. My husband and I are regulars and we always have great experience! I highly recommend Saltgrass!
I went since I've been to almost all the named Steak Houses in El Paso TX, but it was a bit disappointing, my steak house ratings 1. West Texas Chop House 2. Cattlemen 3. Cattle Barron 4. Texas Roadhouse 5. Saltgrass 6. 35 Tavern to me was the worst of all The Salad felt like it sat in the fridge all day already prepared. the steak wasn't prime meat to much fat in the meat. Ask for med recieved med rare I don't like to complain to much because you know what your serving before you serve, it has to be so bad for me to return it & it didn't get to that point. But pork chops & chicken plate were decent. to repeat the visit, I think I'd stay in my top 3 for steaks in Texas. but thanks.
This restaurant has a cozy, rustic atmosphere that feels like a mix between Texas Roadhouse and a classic rodeo cabin. The decor gives off warm Western vibes with plenty of wood accents and cowboy-style charm. We stopped by for lunch around 2:30–4:30 p.m. and were pleasantly surprised that there was no wait at all. The staff provided excellent service—friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. Our food arrived quickly, was served hot, and tasted fantastic. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Overall, a great spot for anyone looking for hearty meals, great service, and a welcoming Western-style setting.
Delicious food! Best steak I have ever had. Got Cajun Ribeye, New York Strip, and the bacon app. To die for. Priscilla is such a great server and provides such excellent customers service and a great sense of humor. Can’t wait to come back!
I've been here 4 times and enjoyed the same meal, ribeye with potato soup or a salad. My steak has been the right temperature each time, and quite tasty. I also enjoy the table bread and the sparkling lemonade. My family seemed to enjoy the grilled shrimp, but the ribs were just alright. Just don't forget to make a reservation ahead of time.
