We've had Ryan from Saltire Pest Control here for the past 3 weeks helping to deal with a problem of a rat or rats in our kitchen. From the start Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable. He laid traps and bait returning to check for the next 2 weeks. He then blocked up all the possible entry points he could. Throughout the process Ryan was polite, professional and friendly.
Incredible - called at 930am asking for urgent help with a rodent problem in our loft. Saltire were out within a few hours and talked me through the process, what to expect, what not to do etc. Followed up with weekly visits and used a variety of tactics to deal with the problem. Super helpful and knowledgeable; also gave advice on proofing to prevent reoccurrence. Brilliant value for money and also a great guy - any sort of pest problem, Saltire is who you should be calling.
Ryan was very knowledgeable, and came out several times over the XMas period with the first visit within 24 hours of contacting them. We were kept informed through the whole process of dealing with the pest. Very quick and simple. Great service.
We were very pleased with the service provided! Ryan was easy to contact and it was refreshing to have someone give honest straight forward advice - no hard sell or jargon. Ryan is very professional and is clearly skilled at what he does as he guided us through possible options and pointed out other areas we could improve incase of future scenarios. Our pest issue was solved quickly (close to Christmas as well) and the stress was taken out of the initial situation knowing the scheduled plan Ryan set out on his first visit for sorting the issue. We would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to contact Saltire Pest Control again if we had any more pest issues.
Phoned and spoke to Ryan on a Sunday regarding an issue with rodents in garden hut. Ryan attended within 24hrs to assess and begin treatment and after a further two visits the issue was resolved. Ryan provides an exceptional service and was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and customer service, he could not be more helpful. I would highly recommend this service.
