Samm's has been servicing my HVAC for years and, since they've started working on it, it has been performing perfectly. I found Samms after several other companies couldn't seem to figure out an issue with the furnace. I now have a maintenance plan with them and while my older system has needed a few tiny repairs and tweaks - nothing major - over the years and their pricing is fair and the techs are friendly and seem very honest.
