I recently had some issues with a computer refusing to boot so I called Sam up for some help. Sam was awesome to work with, extremely patient/friendly, and knowledgeable about hardware. We had some unexpected and frustrating issues while upgrading the computer, but Sam was awesome for support and answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. It was great working with Sam and if you are located in Northern LA don't hesitate to call Sam for any IT related needs.

What an amazing experience with Sam's IT solutions. He's always been very very help. From fixing my laptop to helping me restore my bios. And now helping me install a new PSU and my 3080ti graphics card. He was very patient and informative from the beginning. He walked me thru everything and insure I had all the correct components. The cherry on top would be him coming to my house to install all the components and making sure everything is working at its highest performance. Definitely recommend Sam's IT to friends and family.
I rarely write Google reviews unless I have an experience that genuinely goes beyond my expectations, and Sam’s IT Solutions is one of those rare cases. I decided to come here after finding the shop on Google Maps and seeing all the 5-star reviews. I already had pretty high expectations going in — and somehow, the experience still exceeded them. I initially called Sam on Saturday because my MacBook Pro battery was swollen and I wanted to get it replaced. At a previous repair shop, after they had already disassembled my MacBook Pro, I was told they couldn’t replace the battery unless I also replaced the logic board, which didn’t sit right with me. From the first phone call, Sam was incredibly helpful. After we spoke, he followed up by text and helped me figure out exactly which replacement battery to order on Amazon. Communication throughout the process was clear, informative, and super responsive. Sam is also very friendly and polite, which made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Scheduling was very flexible as well. Once the battery arrived, I was able to drop off my laptop and the battery at a time that worked for me. The whole process was fast and smooth — I dropped everything off in the morning and picked it up the same afternoon, with everything done perfectly. Honestly, the longest wait was just waiting for Amazon to deliver the battery. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service. If you’re looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy place for Mac repairs, I highly recommend Sam’s IT Solutions. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need help again.
Sam's IT service did a fantastic job solving my computer issues. They were kind enough.to guide me through the process of transferring everything from my computer to an external hard drive before they worked on it. The before and after photos show the amazing amount of work this company did in cleaning the inside of the laptop. They were fast, friendly and efficient.
