I took the FlixBus from New Orleans to Houston and our driver, Amir, was absolutely amazing! He greeted everyone with a genuine smile that made us feel comfortable from the very start. He was friendly, professional, and made sure we had breaks at the stops when needed. Truly an outstanding driver — thank you Amir! Rose W🌹

We used Sam’s Limousine for our wedding because we heard good experiences from family and friends, and passed on other cheaper options. Although the experience was good overall, there was miscommunication on the party bus size. We booked the 36-passenger bus because we had a larger bridal party and wanted some of our family to join as well (30 people total). However when the bus arrived the day, we found that it only fit about 23 people comfortably. As a result we had to unfortunately tell our family they could not join us, resulting in frustration. I communicated this frustration to our Sam’s sales representative as well as the general Sam’s Limo email, but never got a response. Despite the frustration, I would have give. Sam’s a 4 star review because everything else went well, however the lack of response to our complaint tells me that Sam’s does not value the customer satisfaction that it may have once did. There are a lot of alternative options for party bus options in the Houston area, so I would recommend shopping around and making sure the bus capacity is clearly communicated regardless of who you book.

We hired Sam’s limousine to take a bus load of teenagers down to kemah for a birthday party so safety was extremely important to us. They exceeded our expectation with communication before the event and during the trip. And to make it it even better than it already was, we had the most amazing drivers ever. karma had the right personality for this group and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She even serenaded the birthday girl before they got on the road. I would only ever consider Sam’s Limousine for transportation here on out!

I utilized Sam's Limousine & Transportation for my wedding last month and was thrilled with the service. From the beginning the communication and experience was great & day of it could not have been better. We reserved two large charter buses and one smaller 36 passenger bus to help move our guests and family between hotel/ceremony/reception. The pricing was fair (believe me I inquired with over 10 companies!), the vans were extremely clean/new/modern, the drivers were friendly and fun & most importantly all guests were safely and efficiently transported to various locations. Service was prompt, all arrivals/departures were on time, and communication was thorough. Absolutely recommend!

We had an amazing experience! We used Sam’s limousine for our daughter’s senior prom and the experience from start to finish was wonderful! Armando was our driver and the kids said he was so nice! One of the girls got sick from the food they ate and he made sure she had everything she needed and even waited with her to make sure she was safe until her mom arrived to pick her up. Our kids had a great experience and we are so thankful! Shout to ARMANDO!! Thank you so much!
