I want to give this place two stars.I would have given it one, but the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Now, the reason why I am leaving a review is because the name of the clinic is very deceptive.They are not affordable. Taking into consideration the area in which they are located.I can probably understand that the rent is very high.However, that doesn't give you the right to pass those prices onto the customer. I did my research, and I found out that a typical x ray for an animal in the entire united states is anywhere from 200 to 300. This place wanted 700.00$. They also wanted to charge me 300.00 dollars for blood work on top of the 140.00 visit. And that's before they even do any work on my cat. Do not be deceived by the name. It's a shame how they lure people in with that name knowing that they are nowhere near affordable. With that $1140.00, I can hire a company to put up the letters UN in front of their sign in the hope that nobody has to waste their time.

Would I recommend this pet ER to anybody? NO Why: they charged me $2,097 just to run blood test and x-rays on my cat. On top of that, I’m concerned about what they did to my cat. My cat is very docile and quiet. Barely hisses or growls at anyone. When I went to pick him up, he was the polar opposite of that. He screeched when I went to touch him. He’s never acted like that. They gave him some form of tranquilizer because he was too stressed to let them do blood work. My theory is that they gave him too much. I never want to see my cat like that again. For $2,097 you get blood work, x-rays, and a traumatized fur baby that was given too much drugs. I would stay away from this place completely.

Every Wednesday, these vets have a walk-in vaccine clinic from 1 to 2. The prices are very reasonable and no extra hidden fees show up on the bill. Charge cards do pay an extra $3 which is posted in the room. Enter from the parking lot. GREAT VETS!

This is NOT a low cost clinic as they advertise so be careful if you're on a budget. They have a lot of add ons, forced or otherwise that jack up the price significantly. So make sure you confirm everything first if money is an issue. They advertise $115 for a small dog spay, and I knew there would be extras, but I certainly wasn't expecting it to be so high. I would have raised an eyebrow if it came to $215. But mine came to a whopping $315! They said because my dog is a shih tzu and has a pug nose it's an extra $115. But she's a mixed breed and clearly does not. But they wouldn't budge on the price. If my dad wasn't there to help me I would have had to walk out. I should have stayed with Banfield for half the price but couldn't get an appointment there when I needed.

Have to show my appreciation for them taking such good care of my dog. They called the next day to check on him and advised I bring him in again for more fluids since he didn’t improve too much with a (complementary 24 hr office visit) and the second visit really helped him, he began eating that night and had more energy and today is almost back to normal..My baby means the world to me and they treated him as if they felt the same way lol thank you so much to Dr. Rodriguez and Dr. Peterson and their team. The price was pretty affordable for an urgent care facility as well, so I recommend them 100%
