I train about six days a week—functional lifting, martial arts, yoga, and rowing—and cryotherapy at San Diego Cryotherapy Wellness Center has been a game-changer for my recovery. The center is always super clean, and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping you get the most out of each visit. They answer every question and give great tips that actually make a difference. Even my chiropractor recommends cryotherapy as one of the best ways to stay healthy and recover quickly. SD Cryotherapy, This is an amazing place! When you first walk into the door you meet one of the lovely women who work there, I was greeted by Sarah. I felt welcomed and ready to be taught what this cryotherapy is since it was my first time there. I was kind of skeptical about it at first, but when Sarah walked me through the process I believed that it could be better than an typical dunk in an ice bath. After standing in the chamber of liquid nitrogen for 3 minutes I felt my blood rush throughout my body it felt like I was refreshed of where I was feeling sore. I was also lucky to have met Jules, who told me about their other services making me want to come back and try more! I decided to purchase their small package for whole body cryo! I will come back and try their other machines to see what it can do to benefit my health. Overall, very great experience with the workers and their knowledge of each product. The place is clean and they ensure that it is sanitary and all items you wear are washed and clean. Thank you Sarah and Jules for the amazing service!
very unsanitary. they have had the same blanket, sheet, towel on their sculpting bed for months. its disgusting. and I never see their staff clean their hands prior and after handling patients. I dont ever see them wipe the machines before or after use. so make sure to shower after coz u never know if the clients before you hygienic.

Janelle and the rest of her staff = good people. Great prices, flexible/accommodating, & down to earth. They definitely go out of their way to help you. Again, they are very affordable - they don't rip you off, so they've got a repeat customer so long as I'm in town . Thanks for everything!
