My family and I have been working with San Diego General Insurance for decades. Mike is a great asset to our homes and vehicles, with reliable, prompt, excellent service and care. He correspondence is always immediate. Companies with top notch attention and quality are few and far between these days, but San Diego General Insurance sets this standard for excellence.

I have been a customer of SDGeneral Insurance for probably 20 years now. Whenever I reach out for assistance the service is excellent. They provide immediate responses and make me feel like an old friend. Even if years have gone by without need for assistance, as soon as I do it’s as if we talk everyday. I’ve had San Diego General Insurance for about 17 years. They have been wonderful. Always super fast to respond. Always knows who I am. If you want personalized service, they are the ones to trust your home and autos with. Sharon has been there the entire time. She’s wonderful.
