I brought my PC in because it was running hot and slow. The shop told me the fix was to replace the CPU fan. After the repair, the exact problem was still there: my CPU was still hitting ~98–99°C and the system was extremely sluggish because the CPU was throttling down to around ~0.57 GHz even at low usage. The CPU fan was running at 100%, which told me the system was trying to cool — but the underlying cooling/thermal issue clearly wasn’t resolved. What’s most frustrating is that this should have been caught with basic post-repair testing. A quick temperature check under idle/light load would have shown the CPU pinned near its thermal limit and the PC performing poorly. Instead, I paid for a “repair” that didn’t fix the actual issue. I’m disappointed in the troubleshooting and the lack of verification before returning the machine. I can’t recommend this shop if you need a reliable diagnosis and repair.

Well I have to say this man knows what he's doing. He fixed my laptop in under an hour and I received it back the same day. Kudos to you Del. I had a Bluetooth and wifi connectivity issues. When I arrived to pick up my laptop the issues were fixed. Thank you so much. I really appreciate you getting my laptop back to me the same day. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
