I’ve been here several times to have rope necklaces fixed. Just went on Monday and on Sunday the same one broke. They refused to fix it without charging me again because the “break” happened in a new spot. Why not fix them all the first time bringing them?? This would be the 3rd time I’ve had the same necklace saudered. And I’ve had a different one saudered twice. This place does bad business do not go here.

Many options at this mall. Was passing by town with 2 brand new high end watches. Stumbled upon entering and liked the pricing. Nice people. Good quality

Extremely overpriced. A simple bracelet swap is anywhere from 12.50-18.00$ without the use of tape as to not incur scratches along the lugs of a watch. They have 0 knowledge of any actual movements in watches (automatic etc) and when I asked about a simple Japanese movement I was met with a confusing look from the owner. This is very basic knowledge. I understand watchmaking takes skill and a bit of research, which obviously wasn’t taught to this guy. Qualifications? He has none. You will be voiding any manufacture warranty by taking your watch here. Good thing this city mainly only wears Apple Watches and Invictas because it would be terrible if anyone brought a 1k+ piece here. They do sell NATO straps but they are at a 300% markup.

San Isidro Jewelers is a wonderful shop for jewelry cleaning and repair. For the last couple years I’ve been regularly bringing my Rolexes to this man for cleanings, band resizings/adjustments, buffing out scratches, etc. The quality of his service is excellent, priced very fairly, and comes with quick turnaround. And may I add, this man is VERY patient and understanding. I’m very o.c.d. about my luxury watches and this guy’s NEVER made me feel uncomfortable about the work I request on a frequent basis. So, I hope San Isidro is around for a long long time, and I’ll continue to take him my business.

Please DO NOT give San Isidro Jewelery & Watch Repair your business! You will regret it not only for having spent your hard earned money but for the lack of honesty and professionalism. I had taken my mom to get a two items repaired. One of the items was a ring my dad had bought her years ago fixed. It had a piece of gold broken off the band. Turns out the material they used was cheap ....and it appears that the original diamond on the ring was tampered with. As soon as we picked up the ring the "diamond" fell off which was odd because again my mom has had that ring for years and never had the Diamond fallen out. When we questioned it they said they would fix I never did I even stop to imagine that someone would take advantage of a customer in such a way. Later my mom noticed that there were two tiny cuts made into the crown that holds the Diamond and could not understand why they had to mess with that part of the ring in the first place since they were only adding a small piece of gold. We were so enraged and upset because that ring was not just any ordinary ring it had a lot of sentimental value especially because my dad had passed away recently. They had also repaired a bracelet that only lasted a week before breaking in the same spot again. I forewarn you Do Not give them your business!
