I purchased 5 tables and 3 framed pictures from this company. They were amazing to deal with from James in store to Michael in delivery. They assembled my tables and positioned them with no hassle at all. Thank you to you both. I will definitely be returning for future purchases.
We had an amazing experience from start to finish with Rainy and James. Living 5 hours away and a having a small space made it difficult but with Rainys help, drawings and messages we got the perfect lounge for our space. To top it off they organised delivery at a reasonable cost through Jackmans Transport. They were also very professional, keeping us updated on the expected delivery time making sure our beautiful lounge was delivered safely. Would highly recommend both companies if you are searching for the perfect forever lounge and or delivery. Thankyou again Rainy
Love love love. Recommend Santosa wholeheartedly. Product excellent, staff exceptional, competitive pricing, safe $ transfer processes & ongoing, reassuring communication. Plus they delivered to my regional town🥳 without charging an arm & a leg🤩. The sofa is waaaay better than expected, adds luxe & style - beautifully made with quality materials & finishes - & that million $ leather smell! Size perfect for the space. 🙏🙏🙏 to the wonderful service staff who listened, asked the right questions, explained, advised, sent images to make sure they heard correctly & actually made distance shopping fun! I was told I needed to wait 3 months to get it made to my specs, but at no point were the staff pushy - no smooth lines, just the process explained, respect for my concerns & a deposit system on offer. I took a deep breath & paid the full amount, & so glad I did. After all, so cool to have bespoke furniture! They kept in touch, consulted on delivery and 2 lovely men from Santosa arrived - not outsourced to an uncaring delivery company (1 was a Santosa owner rolling up his sleeves!!!). They helped get our old couch out, set the new one up in place and were a total delight - a pleasure to have them in my home - they outperformed every other firm I’ve ever bought from! Can’t deny I was nervous about spending this much with an unknown (to me) firm, on line, but this was one of my best decisions this year. 4 images added.
I’ve just had a Miami 3.5 seater sofa delivered to my apartment in Port Melbourne. The communication from both Santosa and the local delivery partner Highlands Express was excellent, both accomodating a later delivery date for me. The first delivery attempt saw the sofa unable to fit through my front door. Santosa and Highlands Express came back another day and got the sofa in by hoisting it over my balcony. Great initiative to get the job done from all involved. The sofa itself is excellent. Great shopping experience.
What a wonderful experience at Santosa Furniture Warehouse in Parramatta. Plenty of parking right out the front on James Ruse Drive, which made it very easy to get to. My wife and I walked into the showroom and were warmly assisted by James, who had great knowledge of the products. He guided us through the different types, colours, seasonal items, clearance options and sales. A few dining sets really caught our eye and the prices were very competitive, well within our range. James also provided us with a free quote, which was really helpful. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish, thanks to James’ professionalism and customer service. Highly recommend.
