very kind staff members, nice equipment although somewhat confusing but the staff was always kind enough to explain how it works, as well as showing the proper form!
My husband and I came to Quebec for holidays and my husband was able to keep working out at this gym. He loved it. It had all of the equipment he needed.
Folks in Montcalm St-Sauveur and nearby, you should all check out this gym! I appreciate that it’s open 24/7. It’s spacious and usually not crowded. Plus the owner is super chill. I regret not signing up earlier
Absolute gem of a gym! It’s a little expensive for a day pass but totally worth it! The equipment is well kept and everything is neat and tidy. The owner is absolutely lovely too!
I discovered this gem of a gym while staying in Québec City--- wow! The owner, Saph, is easy-going yet very knowledgable, the rest of the staff is great too, the place is clean, stocked with great equipment (weights & cardio), easy parking, and is opened 24/7. Can't beat that. A must in Québec City.
