I was referred to Sarah Lee after seeing my good friends stunning ring. After following their page for a few weeks I dropped into their office to see what my options would be. I was quickly greeted with smiles even though I didn’t have an appointment and treated like a VIP. Shortly after seeing many loose diamond options, I was told I’d be emailed renderings of the options I decided on. Only two days later I received a text message from Bailey with the three options I loved. I literally cannot say enough good things about Bailey. She was quick to respond, always had a smile on her face, extremely patient (I was a little indecisive) treated you as if you had been friends for years, and helped me design the most beautiful 20th Anniversary ring I’ve ever seen. I can’t thank everyone at Sarah Lee enough. I will definitely be back, sooner than my husband would like.
Such a wonderful experience from start to finish! Sarah and Nathan were amazing to work with – kind, attentive and professional. Even with me on the East Coast and them on the west, the entire process was seamless. Nathan did a beautiful job setting my gorgeous new diamond, and together they took great care in fine-tuning every detail. They also re-rhodiumed and polished my wedding bands so that they now beautifully frame my new ring. My set is absolutely perfect, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m absolutely in love with my ring! I treated myself to this beauty for my 30th birthday, wanting a simple yet versatile setting I could wear alone or pair with a band. Working with Sarah was an absolute delight! She made the entire process seamless, taking my ideas and turning them into a stunning CAD design. She even let me review and suggest edits to ensure it was perfect. Sarah thoughtfully asked if I planned to wear a band with the ring and adjusted the setting’s height to accommodate it. The ring arrived in the cutest wooden box, which I adore! The process was surprisingly quick, and the result is beyond my expectations. I’ll definitely work with Sarah again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a personalized jewelry experience. Thank you, Sarah!
