I have loved working with Scenic City Arborists! They came out in the fall to discuss my tree wants/needs and helped me make a decision on the tree that they just recently planted. I am pleased with the quality of the tree and the planting techniques they use!
Scenic City volunteered at a planting event on Signal Mountain. Nancy and Rachel helped us learn proper planting techniques and taught us a lot. It’s clear this company is highly skilled, professional and passionate about what they do. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for an arborist!
I have had a difficult time hiring people for assorted help with my home and yard, but Scenic City Arborists have been one of the easiest to work with. They get back to you quickly actually show up when they say they will, are very nice and informed and have done great work for me. I’ve hired them multiple times and will absolutely do so again.
I had an oak tree that was rotting at the base. Dylan came out and assessed it as well as all my other trees and gave good advice. Ultimately, we had to remove the tree. I was extremely worried about damaging my front yard during the removal process. They were understanding, and we delayed removing the tree for several months so that conditions would be ideal in order to mitigate damage to my lawn and allow it to recover from any potential damage that might occur. They were understanding, and we ended up rescheduling several times due to weather and other factors. They removed the tree relatively quickly (they were done by 3 pm), and there was minimal disturbance to my yard. I have had non-arborist tree services remove trees at other properties in the past, and this was the best experience.
Hands down the best contractors I've dealt with in any trade. They reminded me of how it's supposed to be...competence, diligence, cooperation, employees knowing they're respected (e.g. happy). I can't recommend them enough.
