Max can be a little nervous with grooming, but the team handled him with so much gentleness and confidence that he relaxed right away. His bath, ear cleaning, and nail trim were all done quickly but carefully. I really appreciated how they explained everything they were doing and gave me helpful updates throughout. Max came out looking clean, smelling amazing, and most importantly—happy. You could tell he felt great! It's very convenient and close to our house. The people are very nice and accommodating. And our dog didn't have to stay the whole day. Just drop off and come back in a few hours. They did a great job on our Angel! We signed up for membership and definitely coming back!
