Called Schmitt Heating and Cooling during the February 2024 cold snap when our condo's ancient furnace died. The Customer Service Department responded immediately and sent Saul to our rescue. Saul's professionalism was evident from the start. He not only diagnosed the issue with our 85-year-old furnace but also patiently explained our options for repair or replacement. He provided a clear and competitive quote the next day, which was so good that our upstairs neighbor decided to replace their unit as well! Saul, Tom, and their team worked tirelessly to get both units up and running quickly. They were respectful of our space and made sure everything was clean afterwards. We're so grateful for their hard work and absolutely love our new furnace!
