After researching several facilities, I paid my first visit to SDBotox in Mission Valley today. The service was exceptional with everyone from the front desk to the clinicians exercising professionalism and warm smiles. My appointment was with Meleah Garcia, RN and wow, she has the most gentle touch ever! In addition to being knowledgeable, she carefully listened to and addressed my concerns. I highly recommend booking an appointment with her. Great first experience overall!
Today was not only my first time at SD Botox, but my first time at a med spa. I received me first ever BBL and Botox. Everyone one from the front desk staff, Elizabeth with the social media team and my RN Natalie, were amazing! Natalie was great at guiding me through what the best treatment options were and educating me. I live out of state, but will absolutely be back for follow-up treatments.
This was my first ever experience with Botox and all of the staff were SO amazing! The manager Sam quickly introduced himself and helped calm my nerves. Once in the room Meleah explained everything in full depth for me and helped give me the confidence to go through with the treatments. I highly recommend this clean, friendly, and professional environment to any and everyone!
Today was my first time at SDBotox and I was very impressed. Everyone in the office was very friendly and polite. The facility is clean, and modern. My FNP was Alayna, and she was absolutely amazing! She was very knowledgeable, and talked me through everything and my options. Very easy to talk to, and very professional. It was overall a very pleasant experience, and I will definitely be back to see her!
I had a wonderful experience today at SD Botox. I had to have surgery on my face a number of years ago and it really messed with my self confidence. The receptionist greeted us as soon as we walked in and were very professional. Dr. Rohrer was amazing, did a wonderful job explaining all my options and where I should start, I can say after my filler today my face already looks 100 times better. I highly recommend if you are looking for a Botox facility with highly qualified professionals.
