I needed to have a new nightguard adjusted. Dr Pavinee took time to listen to my needs and make sure things were right. Her dental precision and skills are the best. Plus, she is such a kind person!
I visited Seattle Specialty Dentistry for a second opinion. My original intention was to meet with Dr. Pavinee, but she was not in the office that day, so I saw Dr. Pelli instead. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with her attitude during the appointment. She gave very short answers to my questions, didn’t explain things clearly, and didn’t seem interested in providing supportive or detailed guidance. I was hoping for a kinder and more patient-focused interaction, especially given how worried I am about my front tooth. Because of that, I honestly feel that paying $150 for the consultation was not worth it. However, I want to highlight that the front desk team and the dental assistant were excellent. They were professional, kind, and communicative. The dental assistant actually understood my situation better than the doctor and made me feel more at ease. Overall, I appreciated the staff’s professionalism, but I left feeling disappointed with the doctor’s communication and support.
Friendly professional staff in a comfortable atmosphere are prompt with skilled services. I always know I'm getting the best care. Here I am 5 years later still getting the best treatment by everyone. There are so many little things that make the experience comfortable and Seattle Specialty Dentistry has them all. The crown i got is so perfect and the technology to emplement amazes me! There is kindness from the time I walk through the door until I leave. My husband has gotten a few crowns & he is always pleased. It is so nice to know I'm getting the best.
I have been a patient of Dr. Pavinee's for over 5 years. She is the best! I am very satisfied with the crowns, cosmetic bonding, and other work she has performed on me. It is also great that she is a kind, compassionate person. This past week I had an appointment with Tricia, the practice's new dental hygienist. I found her to be conscientious, gentle, and thorough. I highly recommend this dental practice.
Amazing multi specialties doctor!! Dr.Pavinee is a triple-trained Operative-Perio-Prosthodontist. She is very knowledgeable and very kind, she did a thorough exam on me and took time to explain all the procedures to me until I ha e no further questions. The give me the best experience ever going to the doctor to fix my teeth. The team was amazing and friendly, one took me up the elevator with her when she noticed I was unsure which floor to go. The office was really clean and organized, it’s so pretty when I heard it’s going to have a renovation it must be the best in the building. Very highly recommended and I’ll take all my friends and family to see her. Thank you so so much Dr.Pavinee. 💯❤️❤️❤️
