Kimberly was great with my one-year-old son. Her fun setup distracted my son from being bored or nervous. We showed her a photo of a haircut we wanted for our son, and she delivered. We highly recommend Kimberly, as she has 20 years of experience cutting kid's hair.
Had our first haircut here yesterday and it went so well! Kim was a great communicator before the appointment and helped us pick the cut that would be best. We were worried our son would not enjoy having his head touched but she had an iPad of cartoons cued up and a very gentle touch so it all went off without a hitch. Super happy with the final result too!
We visited Kimberly for my toddler son’s first proper haircut (after some questionable at home covid trims) and she did a fantastic job. She made my son feel comfortable and the whole experience was really positive. We’ll definitely be back!
Kimberly is great! I took my 4 year old in for her first haircut in a chair (I did it once a couple years ago at home), and she was super nervous. Kimberly already had a kids show on for distraction when we arrived, and that really helped get her on board. She was really patient and kind and just good at her job. She even did a cool headband braid for us at the end. If your kid needs a cut, go to Kimberly! It’s conveniently located, too.
I love taking my toddler to Seattle Kids Salon. Kim is super fast and friendly. She really knows how to put my child at ease while he gets his hair cut
