Select Physical Therapy office staff were Friendly and supportive. The Therapist really knew her stuff, her personality was Very Good 👍 I felt comfortable taking instructions from her.
So far I am nearly 2 months into the process with these folks and I have yet to have a physical therapy appointment. Buried in paperwork and admin tasks with out anything to help me work towards rehabing my injury. This is with one of the best insurance plans on the market!
Select Therapy is in the same building of reputable Cedars - past Kerlan Jobe and one would expect highest efficiency. However I have had a very disappointing experience. Recently I had a total knee replacement at Cedars and signed up for my PT with Select PT. The therapists there are very good and the equipment selection seems to be good as well. But the front admin office is very inefficient. I have seen these remarks before and the Select management promised to improve their efficiency but has not taken place yet. After my first session, I asked the front office for the next session and what needed to be done. They said they would take care of it and asked me fill out the paperwork which I did. I asked repeatedly if there is anything they wanted to me do such as get a prescription from my surgeon. They said nothing is needed and I left. After two and half weeks of no news, I called my insurance company and they said they didn’t have an authorization request. I called back Select and after several calls they admitted they did not submit at all. They also wanted me to get a prescription from my surgeon. I lost precious recovery time where I really need to improve my range of motion with physical therapy. I am extremely disappointed with their front office staff. If you are new and chose them please be proactive in dealing with their front office staff. Very disappointed…
Excellent PT! Very knowledgeable and thorough. They spend lots of time with you making sure u get exactly what is necessary. The facility is well stocked with great equipment and space. Greg is incredibly knowledgeable and patient.The staff is friendly and helpful too. 5 stars all around.
I come here for Aquatic Therapy with Lisa and she is awesome. I've had about 20 sessions with her and I always look forward to seeing her. She is very professional and friendly and makes me feel comfortable. She even let's me turn off the lights during my therapy because it's more relaxing for me. She is always looking out for me with my appointments. Some days I'm in so much pain and don't want to come, but I still do because of Lisa. I always leave feeling better. I couldn't ask for a better therapist.
