Phenomenal experience, in every way. I appreciate the kind & timely service from the server. The atmosphere of the restaurant is clean, quiet, & inviting. The music set a vibe to relax to. The beans were my absolute favorite. Tasty and perfect consistency. Thank you!
We had our Christmas Party there and Monica and the team absolutely killed it! She made sure every detail was perfect. The food was absolutely perfect. The private room was amazing with the catering and our own bar. Definitely will be having more parties there!
Weird vibe here but I like it. The juxtaposition of Virgin Mary de Guadalupe with club music is interesting. The music can be something of an obstacle sometimes when trying to converse with waitstaff. The food was great flavor-wise but heavy on the oil.
We’ve long been fans of Serrano’s take-out for our company events, but when we heard about their stunning new Terra’s Room downtown, we couldn’t resist hosting our statewide management team there, and it did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Serrano’s Manager, Monica G., connected us with Alysha from Elevated & Refined for our tablescapes, and she absolutely nailed it. The setup was gorgeous, warm, elegant, and completely honored our 70 years in business. The food and service were outstanding as always. The legendary beans at the Taco Bar had everyone coming back for seconds (and thirds), and the star of cocktail hour was a show-stopping charcuterie board that disappeared almost as fast as it was served. We left full, happy, and already planning our next event. AVIS Alaska will definitely keep Serrano’s at the top of our list for every celebration.
Great place for a large group. They had an amazing room rush next door the the main restaraunt that was perfect for our group of 40 people. Kind and well organized staff and food was really good!
