Derek from Service Champions, came to diagnose and repair our furnace heating system which was not working correctly. Discovered that furnace had cracked heat exchanger tubes. We opted to replace furnace, replace undersized ducting, and bring system up to current code. Hayron and Hector, with their installation team from Service Champions did the work in one day, which should have taken at least 2 days. They were well organized, did a really clean installation, and cleanup after. During the installation, they kept me informed, and showed me how the system worked. Great team of people.
Service Champion Tech Shawn was prompt, friendly, thorough, and did expert evaluation and service to my HVAC system. He checked my furnace, cleaned my air exchanger, vents, and ductwork and notified me of a pest problem which I will have to care of. Thank you for your excellent service! Will use again!
My job was a big 7 day job addressing major gas leak and cold water pipe leak. The team of Roman, Freddie, Ivan C. Pedro and Jose M. was excellent. They answered all of my questions, were thorough, put in long hours to finish the work and placed high priority on customer service. They were always on time. A kitchen drain clog was discovered while they were here and they immediately addressed the additional problem. I would give extra applause to Freddie and Ivan who were the two I interacted most closely. I have an old home and this is the second very large job for which I have used this company. I would recommend them without qualification.
Great experience with both the plumbing and AC teams. These guys take their time to make sure they are addressing your plumbing and AC needs and get it done the right way. Kristopher Deskins and Melvin Marshall were excellent at explaining the what and why of our options. Highly recommend their services.
Donald is a great guys he is always coming to my house and my family members houses to always clean out mold from our bathrooms and bedrooms. Donald has a great company and always will be a hard working guy. Donald just want to say thank you for always helping us out when we call and ask if you can take our mold out of the house.
