Service Experts Fort Worth was excellent. They communicated appointment time, then sent a notification that the tech was in route, so that we didn't waste our day waiting around. Jorge Puebla came out in a timely manner. Mr.Puebla was informative, friendly, and very respectful of our time and space. He made one recommendation, which we were anticipating. Great service with no pushy sales. Highly recommend.
Jason Vasquez arrived on time was personable and professional. He did a quick maintenance check of our gas furnace, pronounced it working as designed. Due to the 25 year + age of our system he did not recommend any additional services and prepared us for the difficulties getting parts for a system as old as ours. I would recommend! This service is part of our annual service plan.
Tim Gray was my service technician and he was excellent! He was so knowledgeable and explained what the issue was. He gave me valuable information on my system and how to take care of it. I will definitely use Tim again with Service Experts!
My units were purchased through Crawford electric in 2017 which apparently went to a merge with another company doing HVAC. I'm very pleased with the service I just had on my system which is required maintenance once a year and the two individuals that showed up, Victor and Tim, were very polite and very knowledgeable. I feel comfortable with them servicing my units and I would recommend Service Experts to anyone given the same level of care that these two provided. Peace of mind is a good thing to have these days.
