The weird laser tech or nurse. Not Lexi but the one with the thick bushy eyebrows automatically assumed that I had ingrown hairs in the bottom area because I am black. Never had an ingrown down there in my life. Also I had to remind her that I was there to get my bikini line and happy trail done when we literally confirmed before I lied down. She was acting like she didnt want to touch me and I wont be returning because how do you have black people all on your site then act weird when a black person comes for service. Totally different vibe from Lexi.
I am a new client of SEV and I absolutely love it here!! They are so welcoming and they make sure you are comfortable. The appointments are efficient and highly effective! I truly enjoy seeing Lucy and Sam whenever I arrive. I would HIGHLY recommend SEV for all services.

I’ve been going to SEV Laser in downtown Austin for a while now, and while my experience started off a bit rocky, things have completely turned around thanks to Samantha, my go-to tech. Ali is super welcoming and made check-in feel effortless. And Samantha is professional, kind, and makes the entire appointment feel comfortable and quick. I’ve had a few sessions with her now and always request her when I book. Grateful for the consistency and great service from these two — they’ve really elevated the SEV experience for me.
I had a wonderful experience receiving my laser glow facial at SEV Laser. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the wonderful front desk manager, Lucy. The facial itself with my technician, Sam, was amazing! She was incredibly informative, made me feel comfortable, & took the time to explain everything while answering all of my questions. I highly recommend SEV Laser to anyone looking for a spa worthy, comfortable experience, from the great technicians to the friendly front desk staff.
