I had a very disappointing experience with Priscilla at the front desk. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, there was a long line of guests waiting to be assisted, and she was moving extremely slowly, taking several minutes with each person. By the time it was my turn, she informed me that I was past my appointment time and would need to reschedule. Naturally, the delay occurred because I was waiting in line to be checked in. She then suggested that she “didn’t see me in line,” implying that I was lying. She also said I should have done something to get her attention, implying that it was my fault. This was frustrating and unprofessional. Due to this poor customer service experience, I will not be purchasing any additional packages.
I’ve had mixed experiences with SEV Laser. On the positive side, the facility is clean, and one of their technicians is thorough and professional. However, I’m giving them two stars because of their rigid policies. I purchased a Groupon and wanted to switch the treatment area from bikini to underarm, both of which are the same size. Unfortunately, they refused, citing a Groupon policy, which I find unreasonable. It’s frustrating that they’re not flexible when it comes to the treatment area, especially when the size is the same. Additionally, they’re quite strict about the areas they treat. For example, the bikini line at other places includes the top panty line, but SEV Laser won’t treat that area. They also won’t handle small sections of hair that fall just outside their designated zones, which seems unreasonable. It feels like they nickel-and-dime you for every little detail. Overall, while SEV Laser has potential, their inflexibility and stinginess with treatment areas definitely impacted my experience.
I absolutely love this place! The staff is professional, friendly, and makes you feel comfortable from start to finish. The treatments are quick, effective, and the results speak for themselves—I’ve noticed such a difference! The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, and they truly go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Highly recommend Sev Laser Hair Removal to anyone looking for quality service and amazing results!
Honestly I should’ve stopped going after the time they burned my face, but I gave grace and kept coming back. The front desk is unprofessional young girls with poor customer service who clearly don’t care about clients. I called ahead and communicated about being 15 minutes late due to work and traffic. When I arrived, instead of just working with me, they tried to push me into switching services, claiming bikini takes less time than half face which was marked as full face. That’s simply not true considering I had zero product on my face. After going back and forth, I was finally told they “didn’t have time now” and would just charge me half of the service. It’s not about the money it’s about the service. If a loyal client of over a two years communicates clearly, there should be some understanding instead of rushing to take money. Not everyone can just walk out on their job or risk driving unsafely to make an appointment. Without my job I wouldn’t even be able to afford laser treatments. Instead of showing appreciation for long-term clients, they give attitude, excuses, and poor treatment. Very disappointing.
My favorite place for laser hair removal! The location is super convenient, Uptown Dallas. I come here every year for 4-6 sessions. Absolutely not painful, fast and result is so worth it. Best decision ever!
