DO NOT BUY the groupon expecting you can use the HUNDREDs of dollars spent on the packages. There is a not that says one redemption but they will not accept you buying multiple packages you buy for yourself for one redemption. This is all because they can’t even be bothered to define one voucher vs one package. They have terrible customer service at the front desk when you ask this simple question. Don't fall for the less expensive appearing price - they don't want you to actually use. I am going straight back to my honest last place and forgoing the first free session. That is how terrible an experience this was $400 wasted and I don’t even want to use your lousy free intro session. A huge mistake to take a chance on a merchant who does not define their package features appropriately and purposefully dishonestly.
Whoever is working the phones should receive more training. I was gifted these services by my husband for Christmas. When I called on 12/26 to reschedule my appointment (because my husband booked it for 12/29 and I have a conflict) I was told I’d be charged because I was within 48 hours of my appointment. I then proceeded to ask why if 1) I just told you I was gifted these services for Christmas & 2) You all were closed for Christmas… The gentleman on the phone then let me know that his manager said it was okay to waive just this once but it wouldn’t happen again… weird because again, yesterday was Christmas and I just explained to you that it was a Christmas gift. As I’m trying to reschedule, the gentleman is lacking customer service skills and is not trying assist me in my reschedule. I was aiming for a Saturday morning and I was informed basically all were booked for January… okay, then maybe suggest a Friday or Sunday? Idk. The customer service here does not exist. I was turned off and asked them to just forget about it as I will spend my husband’s money elsewhere. Thanks for ruining a Christmas gift for me!
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! I had a flat tire and couldn’t make it to my appointment. The lady on the phone showed zero empathy! She continued to tell me that she has to charge me 50% of cancellation fee even though I needed to reschedule, not cancel. Then I got off the phone, told her that i’ll try to figure something out but I couldn’t. I call her back and tell her that she can charge me the 50% fee and reschedule me for next week. She continues to tell me that I have to pay full price for that appointment that I want to reschedule AGAIN because they don’t do rescheduling, everything is counted as a cancellation which I think is insane! I already paid for these services, now you charged me a fee which is understandable since I can’t make it but not offering to reschedule it’s absolutely insane! worst place ever I would never recommended a business that only cares about their money not their customer. The lady was so rude and she was like “this is our policy” at least apologize!
Sara is incredibly caring, compassionate, and genuinely sweet in a way that immediately builds trust. She took the time to explain every step of the process, checked in with me constantly to make sure I was comfortable, and approached everything with such gentle professionalism. The service itself was thorough and meticulous, but what really stood out was the way she treated me - with kindness, patience, and true attention to detail. It’s rare to find someone who not only does exceptional work but also creates such a warm, reassuring atmosphere.
I have been going to SEV for almost a year now for laser hair removal. I love how convenient it is that I am in and out. All the techs are super nice. I recently received lip filler from Nurse Ruby and she was amazing. I was so nervous as it was my first time and she made sure I was comfortably answering all my questions. I love the results and would definitely see her again. Thank you SEV for helping me with my "glow up" : )
