My husband and I have been customers for 20 years and I always recommend Penny to anyone needing alterations. Having been in countless wedding parties, Penny has altered numerous dresses for me and some of them quite challenging. Penny is incredibly talented. They are extremely friendly and welcoming.
Penny was such a delight to talk with and she did a really good job shortening my pants!
I cannot say enough good things about Sew Clean, and the owner Penny. She helped me and another bridesmaids after a chaotic experience from David's bridal in which one bridesmaids was sent the wrong dress, another had a cancelled order, and needed a different dress altered to match the original bridesmaids dress. Penny was kind, thorough and transparent throughout. He communication was amazing, and she essentially made a clone of the original dress, with complete sizing alterations in a very tight deadline. Penny and her partner made the entire experience with them easy and seamless. I'd recommend them to everyone
I've been taking my suits and dress wear to Sew Clean for the better part of 6 years and have always been impressed with the tailoring. Staff are very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Work is always completed in a reasonable time. Can't say enough great things about this fantastic local small business.
They did an amazing job on my costume. Added a new zipper in place of the old one. Excellent price. Very impressive, it's better than the original.
