S&G always goes above and beyond with their quality of work. Monica was easy to communicate with, and made all the planning and scheduling super efficient for us. Joe is such a kind and exceptionally hard worker, he spent one full day for the carpet install. We couldn't be more happy with the LVP and beautiful carpet. Thank you S&G!
This place is terrific. I needed my home carpeted within 2 days of placing my order for a new listing and they made it happen. Highly recommend. The staff jumped over backwards to make me happy. And, the price was incredibly reasonable.
Germain and his helper were so accommodating putting in our new carpet. They were very careful about not bumping our chandelier. They also saved remnants for us! Very nice men.
We had loop carpet installed upstairs/stairs. From the time of ordering and installation, it was about two weeks. The process went smoothly, communication excellent throughout, installation almost seamless, installers respectful, courteous and professional. There was one slight issue regarding our stairs. The contract stated we wanted “Hollywood” on the stairs but the installer was doing “waterfall.” We brought it to their attention and they graciously fixed it without any hesitation. We love the finished product. This is our 3rd time using S&G and we have and will give them the highest marks. A great company!
