Savannah Sargent responded within a day or two and we set up a day and time to discuss my needs. She went over the process and I agreed for the firm to assist with the process of my sale. I worked with Savannah and Kevin Friend and they were great. Every question/request was answered/resolved quickly. 99% of the process was done via email/phone, as I was mostly out of town. Savannah helped us through every step of a unique real estate transfer situation. She was patient, and made every step feel easy. When we arrived for the final signing we had our toddlers with us. They had a closet of toys and allowed the kids to pick one each and take home. Who does that? They also offered us very good snacks, and drinks!
