I’m really glad I gave this California favorite another try. My first visit was a bit hit-or-miss, but the second time around completely won me over. The cheese fries were incredible—rich, flavorful, and something I’d happily order again without hesitation. The atmosphere has a fun, laid-back vibe, and the staff made the experience even better with their friendly, easygoing energy. It’s the kind of place that feels welcoming and memorable, and I left genuinely happy I stopped by again. Cheers to second chances!
Came in on 12/13/25 about 20:00, the staff was really friendly and food was made fresh. The burger didn’t have any taste to it whatsoever and the fries weren’t any better. Not even a pinch of salt. My strawberry lemonade with raspberry boba had no taste! It literally taste like water!!!! First and last visit to this location.
Great place to eat hamburgers. Its location is great and the flavor of the patty is just amazing. I was delighted. Fries were good but not worth the hype I saw before coming. Server was not that kind when I asked for ketchup after she brought the food. Only downside. 100% recommended.
The burger is REALLY GOOD but the only thing is that the portions are SO SMALL compared to other restaurants. You can get a Double Double($6) from In N Out for cheaper than the ShakeShack original burger($8) and its WAY bigger too. But besides that it’s pretty good, workers were really nice and the place was clean.
I loved the food!! The service was great and Stephanie C. was super sweet. It’s not too expensive either, especially not considering I’m a student. Overall a great place to eat out at.
