Our son is on the spectrum and usually it's not too bad, but this time he was acting up a lot. Janice, however, was amazing and patient. She completely understood and did so much to help. She'll be the reason we come back. We have had others here who've also done well but she was beyond incredible with everything.
Absolutely love this place. It was my 4-year-old daughters first haircut ever. We are forever grateful to Janice for making her first haircut such an amazing experience!
Janice was awesome! My son is on the spectrum and had a huge meltdown we ended up having to hold him, but she was patient and took her time and managed to give him a great hair cut. Thank you Janice!!
We just left from getting my grandson's first haircut. The shop itself is really cute, but our stylist was not personable whatsoever. She made a few comments to him, but nothing to myself or my daughter. We asked for the first haircut package, but there was a discussion about whether we had been there before, which we hadn't as my grandson is only 17 months old. That really didn't bother me, but if we shall go back, I will ask for a different stylist. Getting your children's first haircut is a special event that should be an enjoyable experience. With saying that, it really is a cute place.
My kid really had good time here. Our stylist, Janice, is very very patient with the little one, and takes care of the details of the haircut. When we found out there is nail polish coming with the haircut, my girl is like she wants to stay there forever. The whole trip ended with a lollipop and I think this place really makes haircut cool to the kids.
