Notice how the owners husband responds back to the 1 star reviews. That's a red flag. A decent business owner apologizes and tries to make things right. Bad business owners are defensive and doesn't take accountability. I dont have a problem with the wife or even the failed service that I was not given, the issue here is with her husband's bad attitude. A little kindness goes a long way buddy o pal

First time booking an appointment here. Appointment scheduled for 3:30, but I walked in at 3:10 to ask if they wanted me to bring both dogs in at once or one at a time. Older gal was clipping another dog, says rudely “what can I do for you?” I say, “yes I have an appointment at 3:30 and..” before I could finish she says “okay ya it’s 3:10 so what do you need” I walked out. Customer service is going extinct. Was looking forward to supporting family run business. Too bad.
