After having Sherrell replace our AC unit we had another company come do our inspection. They found half the items in the contract have not been replaced. When we called the company to let them know, they wanted to charge us the $89 to come out to inspect our unit. This review is also pertinent to Lex Air who took over Sherrell AC and Heating
Dylan arrived earlier than projected and I was quite thankful as our ac had been out all night. He performed an immediate inspection of our ac unit, thermostat, and attic ac . He was very thorough and went to work to quickly solve the issues. He was so polite and positive! He did not try and suggest any unnecessary repairs. I truly appreciate his attitude and knowledge. I would definitely recommend Sherrell Air Conditioning and Heat.
Steven and his team are amazing! We went back and forth with our home warranty’s referral and decided to move forward with a full replacement because we lost confidence in the other company’s ability to communicate and repair timely. I am so glad we did! Steven made the process so easy and he was so responsive to all of our many questions and different quotes as we compared different options based on our budget. He never fussed for the trouble and earned our business. We used them before for our small 2 ton unit repair and they were timely and friendly then so I feel comforted knowing we will continue to be serviced with his team! Thank you all for your professional work, timely completion, and patience with us until we could make a decision.
Best HVAC company. Ever. We have purchased 2 furnaces and one full AC system. Every experience with Sherrell from the person that answers the phone to the techs in field has been consistently great! They are always fair in their pricing and honest in all their dealings. And being family owned and run if there ever was an issue, you can talk to Mr. Sherrell himself. And it's important to us support family businesses. Almost forgot to call out Andye who handled the scheduling and Dylan the tech that came out. The best! Thanks to you both. Today they came out to maintenance my 2 systems and repair my older one. Dylan was very professional and knowledgeable. My older system an 8 SEER from the 80s or 90s just wasn't worth the amount a repair would cost. So, of course, without hesitation I am purchasing again from Sherrell.
Steven was absolutely amazing. He was very thorough with explanation of the issue we were experiencing and also very professional. We ended up having to replace our furnace- the installers were very professional and courteous. They cleaned everything up and were done quickly. I want to thank Sherrell and all of the gentlemen that helped us get this done! Amazing job!
