As a senior who went from the couch to placing 3rd in a Canadian National Masters 1/2 marathon within 9 months, I can only say that without adopting his process for success, I'd still be riding that couch. I’ve been training with Luke for both running and strength for over a year. I began strength workouts with him to help improve my running, which I felt had declined.
