I had originally booked a more expensive brand (I used to go with Michelin), but after understanding my situation, the owner recommended a more affordable, high-value option instead. He explained that since I don’t drive often, expensive tires would still age out before wearing out—no need to waste money. I really appreciated his honesty. The tires he recommended came with a 45,000-mile warranty and felt great once installed. This owner is not just about making money—he genuinely cares about his customers. He’s also a father of seven! Highly recommend this shop. Honest, professional, and kind.
