I’m a new RV owner and man these guys were great! Billy took his time explaining everything to me over the phone, Called me quickly whenever I requested a call, sent me an estimated pdf then a pdf again when the job was done (the estimate was spot on), they were all patient and respectful. Preston came and did the repair and he was AWESOME, I can’t emphasize that enough. He went over everything with me we had a great conversation and when the work was done he gave me some tips which really boosted my confidence. I would 100% call them again for a repair. You guys are rockstars!
When my dealer could not even register the factory plumbing issue I was having, I came to shoreline and they quickly identified the problem and engaged the manufacturer to have the work covered by warranty. Billy and the staff that I interacted with were nice and professional. To top it off, my RV repairs were complete in the time they originally told me it would take! This is definitely my preferred shop!
My experience with the guys at Shoreline was one of the best I’ve ever had regarding an insurance claim and repair resulting in 100% customer satisfaction. The entire process was handled between Shoreline and the insurance company with no issues, once the estimate was approved Shoreline proceeded with purchasing of replacement parts and furnished incredible fiberglass repairs resulting in “like new results “. I’d recommend Shoreline for anyone needing quality fiberglass or gel coat repairs. Greg and Billy run a very Professional operation and their communication with the customer during the entire process is excellent. Definitely will return with anything related to boat fiberglass damage in the future….
Greg and the guys at Shoreline are fantastic! I can tell they really care about each of the projects they work on. I brought my horse trailer to them for some small repairs and a couple upgrades and they did an excellent job. They were easy to work with and very thoughtful of the placement of things given my special cargo.
I went to Shoreline Boat and RV Repair with a 2018 RoadRunner Boat Trailer issue. The Trailer Brake Actuator had been discontinued earlier it was inoperable (so no brakes on the trailer) and there was no way to get parts. It was a Fulton swing-away. Greg and the team completely replaced the Fulton Actuator with the new Dexter Actuator that took some real ingenuity to save the existing swing away on the trailer. The Shoreline shop can do it all lifting my boat off of the trailer and rebuilding the brake system. I recommend them their work was First Class!
