I got a free wash voucher after getting service on my vehicle at Nissan. My car is not even clean and when I tried to clean it myself I was told I couldn't and it was suggested that I ask the cashier to run it through again. The cashier denied my request and said with the free coupon that's all I get is to run it through one time and leave. I even offered to pay for what would have been $28 for the full service but was told it would be a 2 hour wait. I will never return there and now I have to go pay a different car wash to simply get the exterior of my car cleaned. Had they done right by me, I would have gone back, missed opportunity for sure.
Detailing was not good at all. I pointed out my rims still covered in brake dust. He tried showing me it wouldn't come off. I took my finger and showed him otherwise. I asked for a cloth so I could wipe them off. He started wiping. Got part of it off then started talking to me in Spanish. Didnt touch the other ones that needed wiping off also. The inside was just as bad. A vacuum and fast wipe out. Still dirt and dust in areas. My windows are worse now than they were when I came in. This place USED to be good. I wonder if they are ALL like this half ass crap. I payed for a membership that includes only I inside cleaning. I'm not coming back to have the other half done next month. What a rip off!! Way overpriced for the job that was done.
The staff at Longley and Peckham are great! But the Staff at Kietzke are horrible. The guy at the podium is consistently rude. He does everything possible to discourage you from getting the included full service monthly wash. He takes joy in saying you missed the cutoff or it will be a 2 hour wait. He is rude and condescending. The team that does the inside leave trash, don't vacuum well and overall do a terrible job! I am cancelling my monthly membership based on this location. I have spoken with the manager in the past but he lacks understanding and just brushes off constructive criticism.
Poor workmanship After sending photos and discussing with their manager felt like he was shooting me away. He offered $100 back on the $350 detail. I asked him to meet me halfway for doing half ass work as he could not meet me halfway I told him he can keep the charity. The detailed job was a quick vacuum and they only wiped what could be seen from standing up They embedded the plastic vendors with rubbing compound and sent the vehicle out with big white streaks They did tire shine on the trim over dirt so that had to be scrubbed off and reapplied There were several Areas that the buffing compound was not removed they wiped it prematurely before the wax had time to dry The back window was not cleaned. His argument was that I had a spare tire carrier on it. This work was done to a jeep Wrangler two door. It has very flat panel panels and really easy to clean. I will not be going back to Sierra car wash
I like the monthly car wash deal because I enjoy having a clean car. I think I’m going to switch to exterior only because the guy i always get that does the Interior told me he can’t wipe the dash because he has short arms. Apparently too short to wipe whatever they sprayed on the console too, interior job is poor.
